About Me

Hi, I’m Allison Meyer! I’m a confidence coach who helps women in midlife find their voice, build unshakable self-trust, and feel like themselves again.

I’m also a wife, mom of twin boys, and proud dog mom to Pixie. I love my morning coffee, traveling when I can, and spending time with my family. Over the years, I’ve faced my share of challenges, but I’ve always leaned on a growth mindset to navigate them—and now I help other women do the same.

I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life and still feel like something’s missing. My passion is guiding women like you to feel confident, clear, and excited about life again.

What You Can Expect Working With Me

Step 1: Get Clear on What’s Holding You Back
We’ll uncover what’s really draining your energy—whether it’s self-doubt, people-pleasing, or fear of speaking up—so you know exactly where to start.

Step 2: Create Simple, Real-Life Goals
We’ll set clear, realistic goals that fit into your actual life—not a Pinterest version of it—so you can see progress without the overwhelm.

Step 3: Build Confidence Through Small Wins
I’ll teach you tools to calm your mind, reset your nervous system, and reframe the stories holding you back so you can feel steady and sure of yourself.

Step 4: Practice Boundaries & Better Communication
We’ll work on ways to speak up, set boundaries, and handle tough conversations so you feel heard and respected—without guilt.

Step 5: Step Into Your Confident, Authentic Self
This is where it all comes together. You’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more in control—ready to show up for yourself and enjoy your life again.

Why Work With Me?

I know change feels hard, but it doesn’t have to be. My coaching is practical, supportive, and designed for women in the real world—careers, kids, relationships, and all. I combine mindset work, nervous system resets, and NLP tools to help you break old patterns and create lasting confidence.

You don’t need to “be more” or “do more.” You just need the right tools, support, and space to grow into the version of yourself you already know is in there.
